Develop and document information for Welcome Binders for distribution to staff:  contains;  evacuation routes, ergonomics, building, community information and more
Project Management
Furniture Coordination Management
Manage freight elevator schedules for vendors- furniture, movers and others

Coordinate furniture installation with construction, voice, data and electrician

Manage overall furniture installation and coordination between vendors

Conduct and report post installation punch list
Security & Chain of Custody Process
Plan & develop security and chain of custody processes for project

Document prescribed methods of security for equipment, files, and assets 

Provide measures of escalation in reference to security issues

Relocation  Management
Plan, manage and coordinate the movement of staff associates

Meeting facilitation & documentation  –client, vendor, service provider, relocation, move coordination and closeout

Pre-move site verification and floor walks

Manage vendors and issue progress reports

Manage freight elevator schedules for vendors- furniture, movers and others

Move documents & forms -formatted to meet client requirements 

Move phase sequencing and associate move information 

Move in process origin/destination display tents & signage

Move check out/in process and implementation

On-site move management

Post move welcome desk for associate requested modifications, issues and resolutions

Decommission & Excess
Property Assets
Photograph, inventory and tag assets for offering to other government agencies/entities

Coordinate the removal of systems furniture, case goods, file systems and other requirements

Assist in the oversight and removal of network systems, security/ surveillance systems and cabling

Project Close
Assist with the completion of all installations, development of punch lists and problem resolution

Contract Copy-  Provide a copy of each deliverable Portable Document Format (PDF) for all written documentation  in CD-ROM discs 

Working Copy-  Provide a copy of each deliverable delivered in the native application’s file format for all written documentation  in CD-ROM discs
